ZXV Solutions LLC(“we”) runs this website and builds websites and AI chat assistants for other local businesses. We try to collect as little as possible and never sell your information.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form or message our assistant, we collect what you choose to share: your name, business, phone, email, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and follow up about your project.

Our website assistant, and the assistants we build for clients, record the conversation: the messages sent, timestamps, and basic technical details such as approximate location and the page you were on. We log chats for three reasons: to alert the business about new leads, to debug and improve the assistant, and to produce monthly performance summaries for the business.

Conversations are not used to train AI models. The assistant answers from a fixed set of approved business information assembled at the time of your message. Messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies, subject to their terms.

Contact by phone, text, and email

When you share your phone number or email through our chat assistant or a form and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us about your request. Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link.

How we store it

Contact submissions and chat logs are stored in our database and email. We keep them only as long as we need them to run the service and serve the business, then remove them. We use reputable providers for hosting, database, and email.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the providers we need to run the service, and the business whose assistant you messaged. We do not use your conversations to train models.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you. Just reach out and we will take care of it.
